Spoke to Sharon on the phone about a mold problem. They were able to send Jim out to my home to inspect the damage within a couple of days. Jim needed to get into the attic to evaluate the damage. He took pictures and explained the nature of the mold damage and the source of the water (leaky seal around the vent). He explained what they would do in order to treat the area. Upon my request they also recommended a contractor and roofer who would address the seal around the vent. We did that first. The mold treatment itself was a two day job. Kris came in the first day and did the first treatment and Jim came in the following day and did the second. They always told us precisely what to expect (vinegary or bleachy smell) and how long (2-3 hours). They were helpful and courteous in every conversation. They were incredibly respectful of our home. They always wore masks and shoe booties (or socks) and they put pads down everywhere they needed to work. I hope to never need them again, but I'll happily recommend them.

Overall great service. Great communication, friendly technician, mold was cleared as advertised. My one gripe is that the technician said I should consider getting insulation in my side wall, and I ended up opening it up only to find that I already had insulation.

Great company. Technician was exceptional in every way. Would have given 5 stars on customer service but Brent called to go over the report regarding before and after mold report but I wasn't home. He was traveling and said heâ d call next day. No call. Never did call me back.

Jim is the man! We had some water damage and Jim came out and did his magic. He took a pre and post test and got us squared away. It is pet-safe, as we had our 20 year old cat indoors and he's still chilling, it's been 3 months. I hope to never have mold issues but if I do, Pure Environment is my first call

just because it appears that there is mold after being treated with vinegar and the dry mist fan, the mold is still there, but dead. Then the mold needs to be cleaned up afterwards.
