Steve was great with the schedule, both setting it and executing. Work was completed in a tight space with absolutely no clean up or issues to address. When he was finished the job was definitely complete.

Steve was a delight to work with. When he came out for the initial consultation, he spent time to thoroughly answer my questions (I had a lot of them) and explain the process of water softening. He made sure to protect my floors during installation, was clean and efficient as well as a pleasure to talk to. Steve was knowledgeable, polite, and seems very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Took longer for the water test to come back from lab, but work done promptly when project agreed too

Steven Clemmer called to introduce himself and his company the day I placed the request on the Home Advisor web site. We made an appointment for him to come and look at the job and give me an estimate. He was on time and explained what I needed and what had to be done. His estimate was competitive, and the company was local. On the day of installation, Steve was on time (a little early even), he was very professional and neat (even placed drop cloths from my front door all the way to my basement door). He dismantled the old unit and installed the new unit, made sure everything was working correctly, removed all of the old parts and equipment, and explained how everything worked. I would definitely hire again and/or recommend Pure Flow Water Company and Steven Clemmer.

Dave came within a couple of days to review our set up and provided a quote at the end of the visit. The price was very competitive. He then returned on the day and time that we agreed and completed the installation. It's been a family business for over 35 years that his father started.

We purchased a new construction home where the water is very hard. The system installation was done quickly and the installer put down drop cloths on the floors leading to the work area. Our water softener is working great!
