They quoted the job. Once came out to do the work, they said needs more money to complete the job. Once we all agreed on the money, by middle of the work, they told me that the job can not be completed, due to lack of equipment and may end up charge much more. It's ok with the quality for the part of job they finished.

The owner was responsive and timely with all communication. The crew showed up as scheduled. Work was completed, as agreed upon. My only slight complaint was that the crepe myrtle bark was not blown off driveway.

PureGreen was courteous, transparent with their pricing, and delivered quality work. They took the time during the estimate process to help us understand what we needed to do, and helped explain what to do with trees on our neighbor's property. After they completed the work, they took the time to clean the area of sawdust and small branches. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends
