Shannon was fantastic!! Super helpful and patient as I walked through my projects. He set up the movie theater in my home, was quick to provide product suggestions and find good deals. Shannon was the only pro who called regarding my 4 ceiling speaker project. It turns out that was a good thing for me. My bedroom now has a great sounding 7.1 home theater. It was obvious from the start that Shannon and partner Chris were accomplished installers. When they finished the room was as clean as it was before the job started and even calibrated the whole sound system. Pure HD Audio/Video Design will be my go to pro for any and all future AV projects!!

I got a prompt call from Pure HD Audio/Video Design and they were able to schedule me for two days later on a Saturday. Shannon was very professional and friendly. He was familiar with and provided "instruction" to me on all the equipment that was in the house. I was thrilled to have the work done so quickly. Another place had told me it would be a month before they could send someone out! I couldn't be more pleased with the work and it was done at a very fair price. I would recommend this company to anyone needing these services and I'm sure I will call them again for additional work.

Great service and very professional, yet friendly easy going demeanor. I would definately recommend to anyone who is interested in having first rate quality electronic installation. Not inexpensive, but reasonably priced. In the end you get what you pay for. That being said, I am very satisfied with the work performed that I paid for.
