Casey cares about what he does, and there's no doubt he has this reputation. He responds to every text or question I had during the process. His crew are great and on time. What set Casey apart from the others I had quoted was his vision on my dining room. I thought it was a lost cause...but he convinced me, it turned out to be a very beautiful parquet from 1930.

Casey installed hardwood floors in our kitchen and dining room but he did not install transition strips. We called him twice after the floors were done and he said he would come back and complete them. He never did. It is important that a contractor keeps his word. We were willing to pay him extra to complete the work.

It's usually difficult to find contractors who will respond in a timely manner, let alone follow up to complete quotes and work. Casey and team did a great job and made it clear that they valued our business.
