    This was the second time we hired Bill with Pure Maintenance. He is amazing. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and doesnâ t mind answering any and all of our questions. Of all the professionals we had to hire from putting our condo on the market to buying a new house weâ ve never met a guy like Bill.     Bill did a great job on our mold issues. He went above and beyond at a substantially lower price then remediation was quoted from other companies. He was able to work around our schedule and the work was completed in two days time. Would highly recommend his services to anyone win a mold issue.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
