About us
We use patented technology to kill mold. We work with a solution of hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid in the property. It is a commercial grade sterilant with its roots in the industrial process and hospitals. Our products are EPA/FDA registered and nontoxic. Our process requires limited/no demolition. We can treat a typical 2500sq ft home in about 4 hours. Dealing with mold is completed in three steps, the first is to us a process called Instapure, we fill the home with a sterilant in a dry vapor to kill mold, the second step is called Everpure process, this is what we use to protect the property from mold coming back. Our third step is to conduct air quality testing. We also offer an industry leading warranty and guarantee on our work. This process has been used since 2008 and has quickly become peoples preferred method in dealing with mold. We deal with residential and commercial properties with no project too big or small. Our process is safe, fast, effective and affordable.

So impressed! Cody was there to answer all my questions and concerns about this process. Emily did the work and according to the air samples taken after the treatment, we have no mold. This company not only did the work and well, they came in within 2 business days of mold being located. We didn’t have to do any demolition as this process saved us our hard earned dollars. I highly recommend this company to come in and assist with any mold related issues. 5 stars and they have earned it.

These guys were great. We found mold in the kitchen after a water heater leak that required abatement and reconstruction. They came out very quickly and were in and out before the kids got out of school that day. They were all very professional and knowledgeable and quick to respond to all the questions I had. Dealing with mold in your home is an overwhelming experience and we didn't know where to start until we thought of Angi. It helped a lot that I could trust Pure Maintenance because Angi approved them. The idea that the Pure Maintenance method was so much easier and cheaper than most other methods was hard to take in and we had a lot of questions about the science and the method. Cody spent a lot of time answering most of them and it gave us reassurance. He was extremely responsive to our difficult situation and quickly came for the first treatment. Emily, the technician, was prompt, polite, and efficient. Also, the guarantee made a big difference in knowing that if the mold returns within a year they will take care of it. Exceptional service from start to finish. We would be hardpressed to fault them. So grateful. Thank you! The only thing I would add to the other five star reviews is that if you are extremely sensitive to chemicals like many with mold sensitivity are (i.e. if you are the canary in the coal mine), you may want to plan to stay away for two days after the job is done. Although the product is considered safe (just like lavender, for example, is considered safe), I did initially react to it. Home again now though, breathing easy and so glad we did this!

Cody was extremely helpful, patient in answering all my questions and concerns and kind. He was able to fit us in just a couple days after I called him, which I was very thankful for because I was quite sick from the mold spores in our home. The process was relatively quick, and while there was a bit of a strong smell left lingering afterwards, it wasnâ t unbearable and was gone by the next day. My symptoms cleared up and havenâ t come back, so I know it worked! Very thankful for them and would definitely recommend.
