It sucked> i was told i would get an answer by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest I still have not herd from them. This ticks me off i just wasted $250.00 for nothing. I want to get my money back.And most likely won't use Angi again.

This company was totally professional, prompt and very knowledgeable about the testing process and the steps to protect our home from future growth on our mold issue. They provide reports on the air quality of your home AND a warranty for mold remediation. Thank you for taking your time to explain the process and making our home safe again! I contacted See Clearly Window Cleaning at 15850 SE Webster Rd. Milwaukie, Or 97267 503-406-8667 for the moss removal and their truck had the name "Pure Maintenance", so I think they are part of the same team/company.

We had an extensive mold problem. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process. After we returned home from the dry fogging, the house smelled so fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend pure maintenance NW to anyone of my friends.

If you have a mold issue I would hire them right away. We had a leak in the shower valve. Sent the plumber out and when they opened the wall it was covered in mold. It had traveled to the kitchen walls as well. They solved the issue and the house is clean from it. Thank You Matt

Terrible customer service. First they gave the technician the wrong address and he was an hour late. Then the invoice had the wrong service address. Then they sent an invoice with the correct address but not showing it had been paid. This morning they sent the invoice showing the wrong address again but showing it had been paid. As of now I do not have a valid paid invoice showing that the remediation was completed at the correct address. Update : They finally got us a correct invoice! No problem with the technician's actual work. Only problem with customer service.

Sorry to hear she felt it was a .5 star experience. Our technician reported a pleasant experience with this customer in her home. We have made the adjustments we can to remedy this in the future."
