Never did I think some day I would be excited about mold being tested and removed from my basement? My basement has flooded a few time over the years and mold could be seen in some areas. I contacted Pure Maintenance, found through Angi’s list, and received a prompt response. They were able to make it out quickly and were accommodating with my schedule. They arrived on time and were very professional. Even though the area in question was my basement I asked that they test the main floor as well. The samples were taken to a lab and I received the lab’s results the next day. My first floor was at a normal level, but my basement was significantly higher. Pure Maintenance got in contact with me and gave me options for the basement. I wanted the mold GONE. Having said that, I opted for remediation. They were able to get me in quickly, and again, showed up on time. While they were working their magic, I took my dogs outside and then ran a couple errands. I completely trusted them being in my house without me present. They took pictures downstairs and text them to me throughout the process. After a couple hours the basement was complete and they were packing up their equipment. My basement looks amazing! Pure Maintenance did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. Gold Stars!!!

I contacted several businesses before hiring Scott. Every other company was charging me an arm and a leg and overselling the job. Scott was fair and honest and very informative which is why we hired him. He came out the same day and completed the job quickly and got me the results I was looking for for a fraction of what the others were trying to pitch me. I would highly recommend hiring Scott and would gladly rehire him myself in the future.

Scott and his son Ethan were very professional and polite. They showed up to my house and conducted their inspection. After the results were available, I scheduled them to come out the first available day. They were self sufficient and didn’t require my assistance. They had my house taken care of in about an hour. I felt much more at ease after they conducted their work, since I have a 19 month old and a newborn. Would highly recommend!

We recently used Pure Maintanence for mold testing in our basement. They were super responsive and respectful of our short timeline. We had a super small project and their methods of mold remediation didn't end up making sense for us but they worked with us to make that decision instead of pushing us for something we didn't need. Would recommend for larger projects or testing.

Scott was awesome. He came out right away. The lab report showed a mold issue and a few days later he came out to fog the entire house. Upon completion the second lab report showed the house all clear. Thanks Scott. We can breathe easier knowing we donâ t have mold.
