I cannot recommend Rolando and the team at Pure Maintenance of Colorado highly enough. This was by far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor. We had a significant mold issue that required a complex, whole-home remediation. Rolando was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain the entire process—from the containment and demolition of affected drywall and carpet in the basement and bedroom to the final whole-home 'dry fog' treatment. The scope of work was extensive, involving air scrubbing, HEPA vacuuming, and the application of their InstaPURE and EverPURE antimicrobial systems across over 2,600 sq. ft. of living space. Throughout the entire process, Rolando kept me updated, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening at every stage. PM thoroughly inspected my rental apartment that had suspected mold for $250 and it included 2 samples run by an independent, 3rd party lab (very important). They brought certainty and science to a very stressful situation. I could not have gotten through this journey without their expertise and education. We hired Pure Maintenance of Colorado after another remediation company failed to properly contain mold during cleanup. Pure Maintenance was everything we needed — professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely thorough. They spent three full days deep cleaning, doing small-particle removal, and fogging the entire house and ventilation system. What truly matters is the outcome: the air in our home feels fresh and clean, and our child, who has mold sensitivities, has had no reactions since the treatment. The difference is night and day. I'm usually hesitant or skeptical to go with the first company or two I find, but because of my emergency to start repairs, I ended up going with Pure Maintenance. They came quickly, did an evaluation, and made the process simple. They helped me stop the root cause of the mold and found out where my initial water damage was coming from. I was concerned they'd end up tearing out more than what was necessary, but did a great job only attacking the problem. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and would go with them again.

I interviewed five companies for a mold mitigation. I chose this company because Ryan the representative was the most thorough in finding places where there was moisture that the other companies did not even look for. They have always showed up on time and have done what they said they would do. Ryan was always available by phone or email for any questions. He was very responsive at all times. Their follow up is very good, testing to make sure there are no mold spores in my home. I would I commend them very highly.
