Our process has been tested and verified by the US Army Corps of Engineers at Ft. Campbell KY 2017. Full report on our website. The DryFog process allows for less demolition and more effective sterilizing of the pathogens vs traditional mold treatments of cleaning with air vacuums, fans and filters. Pure maintainance was amazing..the crew was kind,quick,efficient answered all my questions. Ihad been sick since I moved into my new place it tested positive for mold .I'm On a fixed income and my landlord and owners said if I don't like it leave. The owner at pure maintainance cared about my health and treated my place free of charge I'm forever grateful for his kindness and compassion. I now can be healthy and safe in my place....I will continue to refer family and friends to pure maintainance. They are amazing.

Most honest and trustworthy company I have ever used, we would HIGHLY recommend for any service needed. Not only are David and his team professionals they got the job done quickly. We got all our questions answered that we had about the air quality test and mold treatment. If you suspect mold in your home call David at pure maintenance. We suspected mold in our home for years but never got our home checked just to save the money. After years we ended up with health issues my husband with chronic daily headaches and I ended up in the hospital twice. Once David and his team treated our home not even a full 24 hours my husbands headaches are gone. Amazing company we canâ t speak more highly about them!!

His customer service is amazing and he was available during this process of removing mold in my rental property whenever I needed to speak to him or ask him questions. We have an old home and found mold in a bathroom and crawl space. We were really happy to find a demo free solution. The testing and removal process was very simple. They were able to treat the entire home in just a few hours. We didn't have to pack anything out and were able to get back to our daily routine that evening.
