I am so grateful for the team at Pure Maintenance. They were so helpful and accommodating in finding and curing our home of mold. Their education and attention to detail gave me confidence that I chose the right people. They were honest and provided an excellent service! They quote that they had to remove a whole ceiling… which would have made my family stay out of the house longer and drove up my cost for them and for my drywall contractor. They took out only what was necessary. This saved so much and said so much for their work ethic. I hope I get mold again;)

They also recommended we purchase a dehumidifier which has kept the humidity to an acceptable level. We are very satisfied with this company.

We had no idea that the HVAC system in our basement had gone bad until we began smelling a strong stench of mildew coming up from the basement. While investigating the smell, we found mold and mildew had started growing. It took ten days for a new HVAC system to be installed, and by then, the stench of mildew in the basement was overwhelming. Then the smell began creeping into parts of the main level of the house. We reached out to Pure Maintenance immediately after our HVAC unit was replaced. Their Rep arrived within a few days and suggested we use their fog treatment to kill all of the spores. The treatment was completed a few days later and our basement is usable again. I am so happy we turned to the professionals at Pure Maintenance, and I highly recommend them to anyone else suffering through a mold/mildew issue. I'm told their fog treatment also kills allergens, (and other things), so I'm trying to convince hubby to have our whole house done on an annual basis.

Pure Maintenance of Georgia made the process of dealing with mold in our home...easy! Cathy set up an initial appointment with us with ease...she was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Chad came out within a few days to give us a free inspection of our home. He was extremely thorough and did a complete walkthrough of our home and gave me a detailed history on how mold gets in homes and what needs to be done to have it removed. We felt good about our initial inspection and set up a time to have the process to remove the mold. Jamal came out the next week and performed the process of removing the mold from our basement...he was extremely knowledgeable and professional just like the whole staff of Pure Maintenance of Georgia!! We will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
