Besides many delays and failure to come prepared, this business refuses to return calls, texts and emails. They are deceptive and unresponsive, as well as unprofessional. It has taken several months to get the job completed and did not return test results showing adequate resolution to my mold issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was ripped off!

Overall I had a great experience. My only suggestion would be to increase communication between workers so that the job can get done in a more seamless way. The worker who completed the floor didn't contact the mold remediation worker about his part being done until it was too late for him to complete the fogging on the same day. But I am happy with the speed of the work and its quality.

very helpful explaining the process and the resulting lab results. I was terrified that things would get worse and that I might loose this home but after having the work performed and seeing the results for myself, I feel completely at ease about having tenants in the premises again. Would recommend him to any of my friends or family facing similar situation.
