If we had two water heaters we would have had them repair the broken one. Waiting two weeks for hot-water wasn't really an option. The replacement price seemed high but it was done the same day, and they were so professional I decided to upgrade (so was willing to pay a bit more)!

The office called and was actually able to have an earlier appointment available. The plumber came out the same day, gave me a quote on what they could do for what price. I agreed and they had the main line cleared pretty quickly, ran a camera to verify and then said they come back at no charge if it blocked up again within 30 days. Very professional and considerate. Would call them again without hesitation.

We discovered a improperly installed GAS pipe that did not allow us to install a wall oven. We had several plumbers refuse to even quote the project. Chase Bennight was on time, VERY professional and due to our schedule he was able to do the work the same day within hours of quoting the project was complete !

Great service for a late notice call to find and repair a gas leak! Although this company is new to North Texas, they have been established for over a decade. Our plumber Daron was prompt, professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the source of the leak and repair it promptly. The scheduling system Pure uses is excellent - they answered my call right away and provided accurate updates as to when our plumber was on the way. I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

Hands down, "Daron Branch" rocks and he delivered exceptional service today. Period. Early this morning I searched for a plumber and was led to go with PURE Plumbing. From start to finish the young man, Daron Branch was very professional, articulate and attentive to my concerns about the leak that I was hearing but was not sure exactly where it was originating. After he meticulously took the time to troubleshoot every possible problem with regards to the leak, he sat down with my 83 yr. old mom (the home owner) and myself and explained as well as gave us an itemized breakdown of what work was needed to be done and why. His honesty and integrity was a breath of fresh air in an industry that can be very competitive and pricey. We discussed our concerns about the price and he reassured us that there was a lending institution that they worked with that were really good at working with customers to help them achieve their financial needs. And they did, Nearly four hours later, Daron not only completed the job, but he went above and beyond our expectations. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home.
