Pure Plumbing, LLC

I hired Pure Plumbing to fix a leak in a washing machine supply line. They put 10 distinct holes in the walls plus a long (approx 3ft) saw mark. The holes were in the bathroom, in the living room, and in a closet. They charged me over $2800 for the repair. I think they took advantage of an old woman.

The first kitchen sink they brought was dented and they immediately ordered a different sink. Del was fantastic. I found my new plumber.

In the process of me trying to fix a shower valve, I found a much bigger problem. I found that my cast iron main drain line for my bathrooms had deteriorated and was going to have to be replaced. I had no idea what to do. I got right on the Home Advisor app and Pure Plumbing came right up. Being New Years I thought I would have to wait. The tech was at my home first thing in the morning. What an incredible company. They text me with a picture of the technician and he arrived on time. He was very quick to comfort me and reassure me that my plumbing could be repaired. He was able to give me a quote on the spot. The price was, in my opinion very fair. It included all of the demolition and replacement with new parts. Everything from below ground and up. All new drains, water lines, shut offs. New toilets, tub and surround. They even installed a vanity that I had purchased. Pure Plumbing is amazing. They also filled the dirt and put in new concrete. Talk about a full service company. It's like having a brand new home. I don't know what I would have done without their help. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing problem, big or small. Very professional, clean, on time and on budget.

I cannot recommend Tony and his crew with Pure Plumbing enough! Our small issue turned out to be a much-needed replacement of all the interior 55-year-old corroded cast iron pipes. We were out of the house for 6 days and the communication was above and beyond. I was updated every step of the work and never had to wonder what was going on at the house, that was priceless to me. Every bit of the work was explained completely, even the unexpected obstacles that my house likes to throw out during any project. The work was priced and they stood by their estimate, even working late many nights to get us back in the house as soon as possible. The work itself is amazing. Tony and his crew are so professional, clean up leaves the area looking better than they found it (ty!). I have my plumbing company for all my future work in Pure Plumbing & Tony. Pure Plumbing & Tony I am more than happy to recommend for all your plumbing needs!

WHEN I CALLED THEM ,MGR JEFF CALLED ME BACK QUICKLY AND EXPLAINED THE PRICING FOR WATER HEATER, AFTER I DECIDED HE GAVE ME A FANTASTIC PRICE AND ALSO 6YR WARRANTY IN PRICE .ALEX ARRIVED IN STATED TIME .HE ALSO DID FANTASTIC JOB .I WOULD DEFINETLY USE AND RECOMMEND AGAIN

I called and made an appointment for the following day, today, between 6-8pm. i was told they would have the part on the work truck and should be finished within an hour or so. Kimberly said it would be around 125 to 175 for the job. My home warranty has taken 3 months to get a plumber out...and we are losing about 6 gallons of water a day. it now 9:23pm...the plumber was an hour and a half late. The company actually argued with me about my appointment and that is was upon a cancellation. Kimberly stated if there WAS a cancelation she would have the plumber come earlier today. As well the representative said the olumber could turn the valve at the shower off so we wouldn't be without water...this was also a lie. When I asked the plumber, with no work shirt or name tag, how much he said $250.00. So needless to say he was escorted out of my home. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They use bait and switch, over books thier appointments and accuse their customers of a miscommunication on the home owner. Disgraceful, unethical. and

This company did a very good job helping us select a new Water Heater replacement and performing the installation.The technician was able to offer us financing terms which was ideal for our situation.The installers were very professional and courteous as well as efficent and knowledgeable.
