We just had Eddie Q. Along with an trainee santo over the house on a Monday. As always with pure plumbing, excellent service, clean, honest, and diligent. Eddie gave us a few recommendations before the summer heat. After consideration and good price, we were happy to with the project. He did a tune up, changed fan, wire, and tube in quick and professional manner. Would recommend them to all Vegas family. Keep up the good work!

Awesome, awesome, awesome. I called on yesterday, they scheduled me for today. Received a phone call with a time of arrival, Jacob showed up on time. His customer service was awesome. He fixed my issue and then inspected my house and explained EVERYTHING in detail to me. He talked to me where I understood every single word. I am a disabled veteran and they do give a veteran's discount!!!!!! I have called over 20 companies, and this is the ONLY one that gave a veteran's discount!!!! I need more work done in my house and when I am ready financially, PURE PLUMBING will get my business. I will inform my fellow veterans about this company as well. Thanks Jacob for talking TO me and not talking AT me. PTSD is real. Thanks all!!!!

The whole process from the office staff contacting me to make an appt and keeping me updated on when the service tech would arrive was amazing. The tech was friendly and very considerate. We appreciated that he took the time to listen,explain and show us the problem. I highly recommend them. We will use them for any future issues we have.
