BEWARE. Pure Pools are the worst. Pure Pools screwed up my pool renovation and did not put in the upgraded pool surface I contracted for. They and their plaster company agreed to a $3000 credit but Pure Pools never applied this credit to my balance or refunded me the $1400 for the stone upgrade that was never done. As a result, Jimmy McCampbell and Pure Pools readily admit they owe me over $2000.00 but claim they cannot pay me because the are "broke". This has gone on for over 3 months. I feelThis man and this company are dishonest crooks. I will be forced to pursing litigation to hold these thieves accountable for money they admit they owe but will not pay. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company for anything. BUYER BEWARE.
