I am completely dissatisfied with the way I was treated by Dillman Landscape. Last fall, I worked with Shane on tearing out most of the landscaping around my home and developing a new plan with a refreshed look. Shane completed the tear-out work and I paid him accordingly. As the weather was getting colder, he expressed concerns about putting in new plants and he mentioned he was behind with his other customers. In an attempt to be fair, I suggested we wait until the spring to begin the new work. Shane was very appreciative. Over the winter, Shane had to undergo surgery and was no longer able to continue working in the landscaping business. Since early spring, I have repeatedly called, emailed and texted the management at Dillman and have never received a single response from anyone. This is unprofessional! DO NOT use them as a vendor!
