Mr. Ed Kametz of Pure Sight and Sound, Inc. was very thorough with obtaining the quotation, the proper paperwork ahead of time, and the down-payment capability of online for the installation of our in home entertainment system. The equipment he recommended was of excellent quality, the appointments were timely and he kept to the schedule. While working in our house he was very respectful of our personal property. Ed took the time needed to properly install, set-up the equipment, program and thoroughly explain how the system worked. As a person he was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend Ed to anyone.

He did the work well. Unfortunately it was far from his early estimate and it took him almost 5 hours instead of the quoted 1 hour. Final bill was $500. This was a total shock to me. He spent a lot of time on the phone for technical help. I don;t think I should pay for his learning curve. I really like the guy, but didn't like the final bill

"Very nice clients, difficult job. The initial problem stated over the phone was no sound which typically is an hour sometimes much less (as in a job we did today -- 5 minute fix). On arrival, discovered many things were miswired by others and the sound was terrible (no highs). Total pricing involved rewiring all speakers so they would produce highs, new hardware including HDMI cable, compression fittings, and Y adapter, rewiring all audio & video connections between the BluRay Tivo DVD recorder Wii A/V receiver and older TV & training. Did not charge 1.5 hr. travel or 0.5 hr. on phone with Linksys to fix client's existing wireless network."

I obtained 3 estimates for my home theater and multi-room audio system pre-wire before proceeding. Owner Ed Kmetz's expertise, (he is a member of CEDIA) provided the best overall plan,design,insight, and value. He was the only one who spent the time (1 1/2 hrs.) asking the right questions on what I wanted to achieve and explained how he could accomplish it! Also, because this was new construction, I needed to have this job completed within a week before the dry wall was installed. Once I agreed to his estimate, he was able to book me immediately and completed the job on time. Now, I look forward to him completing the job when I move in!
