Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Robert dropped us suddenly apparently due to a staffing shortage. This occurring right after I texted him that their service that day was unacceptable.
Response from Pure Sparkle Pools
"I apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations. We were experiencing a shortage of staff. So I have given you a 3-month credit to go towards all past due invoices. It was our pleasure to service your pool. We appreciate the business."
