I am here because two days ago I left a google review about Pure tek/Tyler Houser and would not you know it, it disappeared! That s right, Tyler did not want his reputation tarnished after I tried telling folks seeking his service that he is an awful businessman. After he came out to quote my patio job in Munster weeks ago, he strung me along and; stopped responding to my texts/calls/web chats. 2 1/2 Day project took almost eight months to complete, poured overlay on top of soil painted surface, poured concrete overlay the same day it rained, overlay did not set right all overlay failed, then of course it was the end of the year so I had to wait till spring time, Springtime turn into the month of June, requested a smooth surface also requested to be there day of job being performed, did not call me, and also put a rough trowel surface, Tyler is a very good talker,

"Hi John, We are sorry that you are not satisfied. All of our contracts state that if the surface tempratures(at night and day) are too low, too high, or if there is inclement weather in the forecast, we cannot do the work. Unfortunately your project which was started near the beginning of November fell into winter like surface tempratures and bad weather. We also fullfill our contracts as they are signed by both parties. You said to us in person and in text(which we will show to anyone who asks) you were satisfied with the project, had you not approved the installation twice we could have addressed this before hand."

Tyler & Matt were great. All of their team were polite and very knowledgeable about the process. I was debating between tearing out and re-pouring a pool deck along with an inground concrete pool at an apartment complex I own. PureTek was significantly cheaper and provided a better warranty for their product than newly poured concrete. PureTek saved me 40,000 dollars!! PureTek made the pooldeck look brand new with their spray design and resurfaced the pool itsself. I will recommend PureTek to any apartment complex or home owners that want to save money and have their concrete look better than plain or damaged concrete. Thanks Again!

They sanded and fixed our garage floor and put epoxy on it. They finished with non skid sand and clear coat. It is beautiful! Great job. Would recommend. Price very reasonable.
