Pure Water 1

Great people, great customer service and great price, what else can you ask for. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone.

Professional service. The representative knew what to do and did it quickly. We will hire again.

Selecting a water softening/treatment system proved to be a journey, and along the way I thankfully found Mat at Pure Water 1. Starting at Home Depot/Lowes for their off the shelf units, to getting quotes from several local suppliers I found an unbelievable range of prices and technologies. Of all the suppliers, Mat was the only one that patiently took the time to explain the options and alternatives. I never felt any pressure to buy or rush into a decision. I felt confident that Mat was trustworthy and gave him the job (water softener, filtration, and RO). The installation was smooth; they came on time and performed the work as specified. In a field with so much misinformation, I feel confident providing a recommendation for Mat/Pure Water 1 as a trustworthy reliable company.

I was not rushed into a decision and the system's available were professionally explained to me over a number of day's by Matt, my Sales and Installation Technician. All my question's were answered to my complete satisfaction. I found exactly what I wanted, and received more than I expected. My water is now Mountain Spring Quality, and I couldn't have expected more.
