Pure Water Oasis is a family owned which is a big plus over a big company that have all kinds of gimmicks. Rex is very personable and responsive to any questions or repair needed. Very pleased with the work and the equipment they use for their systems.

Respectfully removed my salt free Softer tank outside to change out the resin. Cleaned it replaced the resin and reinstalled it. Cleaned up the mess it made. Very nice Gentleman.

Very Pleased. We have an older Water Softener, he came when he said he would, fixed the issue, and gave us recommendations for longer term fix (which is replacement). Will go with this company if we choose to replace in the future.
