    Hired them 2 weeks ago to open my pool today. It is 4 pm and still not here. No answer at the store and voice mail full. We have previously hired them and never had this issue. Supposed to be over 80 for the next week. Thanks for nothing.

    They were a no call, no show for the first appt. When I contacted them after this they told me they would come out when I was not home and if they could fix it they would, if not they would call me and go over the issue with me. No one ever called and they left a bill for $95 for a 15 minute call. They bill said multiple issues, call us for more information. Apparently $95 does not include them calling me to discuss, that effort should be put on me. Also, to mention the cost of the diagnosis was never mentioned at any time making the appointment.

    The owner Jim and his right hand person, "Maryann" were both so nice and so helpful, it was such a pleasure doing business with them. Maryann told me she could get a repairman here around mid afternoon the next day and sure enough he was here a little before 3:00. He was also a very nice and pleasant man. I'm more then happy with Pure Water Pools, and won't hesitate to refer them to family and friends

    They were able to fix my pool heater issues. There was a mishap, but the technican fixed it on his own time and made it right.

    My former tenant had hired PWP and she didn't pay her bills in time. I helped to get her to pay the balance off, but PWP just put a construction lien on my property and never mentioned it in a single word. After it was paid off, they didn't bother to remove this lien. I had to follow up and make them. I feel they are dishonest and have low ethics.

    Technicians were efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. Considerably more expensive than what I've paid for the last 20 years, but they were recommended for their thoroughness, which they were.

    They came when they said they would, diagnosed my problem, explained what and why they would do to repair the problem and quoted a price. They then came back and performed the repair as they explained for the quoted price. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them and will use them again when needed.

    Set up appt. No call/ no show I had to call them to find out why. I should have contacted another company then. I rescheduled and ask for a call to let me know a window time. This never happened. I was at work and when I arrived home they were in my yard working on my pool. They left a lot of dirt in bottom pool and told me to let water circulate and then I had to take sample to get an analysis. I ended up hiring someone else to finish cleaning the pool. I could have saved $325. The money I spent on cleaning supplies it was less than what I paid them.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
