Project: Repair or Service a Water Treatment & Purification System
He was immediately available and did the work efficiently and well. The plumbing is functional, but it's not perfectionist in terms of aesthetics and it's a little wobbly. That didn't really matter to us, though, because the system is in the crawl space, so there is little danger of disturbance. Ross is very much a "what you see is what you get" type guy, and that level of honesty is refreshing. He told us via information we provided over the phone that our previous system was improperly sized, outdated, and beyond repair. When he came out to the house, he was generous with his time. He gave us a walk-through of how the water softener system is supposed to work and the required maintenance. He did chemical testing to make sure his installation was sound. He looked at the reverse osmosis system under the sink and gave us advice on that but did not charge us for that piece. To remove the previous system, he did require help, which was about an hour of our manual labor; that didn't bother us but might not work for everyone.

Very knowledgeable about the product. He even tested our well water after the installation. I would recommend this business and product to anyone that might have a well.
