They got out there the same day I called. They called and gave me an eta which they kept. They called me back quickly and told me what the repairs cost. I was able to pay them over my phone. I would highly recommend them.

Slow to arrive and excessive time spent so labor cost went way up.. Job still not complete and is already over $500.. prhaps too busy or took on too many jobs. Nice enough guys but still want fridge to work correctly.

I had been trying all week to find someone to come and fix a refrigerator that had not been cooling or freezing for days. The warranty company (LG) and my home warranty company both said they couldn't find a technician to come, so I was on my own. I finally contacted Angi's list out of desperation, and before I even finished filling out the form, Fresh and Pure called and we set an appointment for the following morning. My advice is -- first, DON'T bother with warranties, they are worthless, and second -- Call Pure and Fresh!
