We recently had our water softener replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The price was very fair, the installation was quick and professional, and everything works great. Kris was especially wonderful to work with — very nice, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Everything went great.... At first.. good price. Tried selling me the water softener before even testing the water. Me ignorant to what those results mean when it did get tested after i had to remind them to test it... had only a hardness lev of 3.2 (had no clue what that meant) knew i had or get high iron being on a well and high chorine because it's city well water (softened already) then i said yeah let's do it (owner steve never mentioned hardness level 3 is perfectly fine, nope he wanted to sell that softener) so my fault right after finding out that the level of 3 was fine he made every excuse in the world why i need it and how 0 is that best and bla bla bla all opinionated not factual at all. But I wanted it out and its a "$2800 softener " he says and only wanted to credit me $1000 then told me he gave it to me at $1700 but my invoice says $2200 so either way $1000 because i was unethically sold something i really didn't need is messed up. The softener is turned off, he set it

The Pure Flo team was highly professional in their approach and delivery. They proved to be experts in their field. Their sales approach was fact based and they away from high pressure tactics. I would recommend them to my friends. Their pricing was very competitive and in some cases 2-3 times less than what I was quoted by plumbers just to install a unit I purchased from a big box store.

Great job! The only complaint would be a delay on the appointment. Appointment was at 11 am, worker did not show up until 12:39.

These fellows were wonderful!!! They called as soon as I had sent in my request for help to Angie. They came a couple of hours later and were able to replace my whole system in pretty short order, and explain what had gone wrong with mine and how the new system works. They both have decades of experience in the water systems industry and made me feel much less anxious about what was happening or might happen in my utilities room. Peace of mind is worth a lot!

Steve and Kris answered my many questions about the water softener and offered a good price, so I had them install it right away. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. I was happy to learn I could purchase a service contract which would cover maintenance and salt to be delivered by them. No lugging heavy bags!

Good customer service!!!! I called them Christmas eve because our water softener gave up. Chris answered right away and walk me through so we can have our water back. Really appreciate the quick response and the work they’ve done. Very thorough and detailed explaining the issues we had and gave us tips on how to care for the new system they installed. Worked with us also paying for the whole system.

Although no one wants to pay so much for home maintenance..like a water system...we accept that it has to be done..Angi and Pure Flo H2O.. made it easier for us..attentive to our concerns.. Everyone here that serviced our system..was the nicest..most informative guys we ever had in our home..Answered all questions.... and did a great job.. There is more to sales than just selling something..These guys go beyond in our opinion..We are pleased..

I started off with a crisis over the week of my water softener leaking everywhere and I called a plumber who said he would come out on Monday but cancel last minute on Sunday. In a panic I found Chris from Angi list and he helped me bypass my water Softner so I can have a flow of water without a flood which helped me so much and he explained the reason for a water softener in my area. He was very helpful and gave me options for payments such as payment plans. He came and did an awesome service in my home and explained everything. This will be a great pro for you to use

Job started with Kris on the phone caring about our need for water softener. Explained process and best decision I made was hiring them on the spot. Great job done and fit into my busy schedule! Competitive price and service A+. Explained softener timing, regeneration cycle and how to turn off if we had to do. Left manual but their walk through how it works very easy to understand. Kris and his crew from Pure Flo did an excellent job of installing the water treatment and pressure pump in my home. They were polite and put things moved around back in place. They answered all my concerns. Also if something I felt was not right, they came back to my home to make sure everything was and if need be, corrected it. I am glad that I used them. If looking for someone to install a water treatment, I highly recommend Pure Flo. I give them a 5 star Plus!
