This job included cleaning the chimney plus making and installing a chimney cap. The chimney was cleaned ok but after multiple follow up calls and commitments to make & install the chimney cap right away, it is still not installed and I have not heard back from this com[any for over a month since I last chased them. This is absolutely horrible service !

They were very prompt and complete in their work. They even helped me out over a holiday week end. They did an excellent job.

After receiving the recommendation for Purest Clean I called, on a Sunday, and Joe answered the phone and set me up for a chimney cleaning that following Tuesday. Ian contacted me the morning of the appt to see if he could come earlier than scheduled, and then he was right on time for the new appt. Ian was so pleasant and cheerful. He worked quickly and left little evidence behind that he'd been there at all. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you!!!

Did a good job and was able to do it on short notice.

Ian was on time and courteous, gave a fair estimate and stuck with the estimate despite the time going a bit over. It was a tough job, several rooms needed the carpet restretched and included some tricky areas that he paid special attention to. He did a fabulous job getting some tough stains out in high traffic areas. Will hire again.

Purest Clean did a thorough, professional job in my home. I was very pleased with the results--I had them clean carpets, ducts and vents, and upholstery in my house. However, it would have been nice to know the costs of extra services (such as antimicrobial sprays and scotch guarding) prior to the service provision as I ended up paying much more than I originally anticipated.

Could not do the job completely. He did not tell me in advance that he did not have the proper equipment to do all jobs. He did show up when he said he would though.

Ian was GREAT! . He called when he was on his was as it was early Sat morning. Got right to work when he got here. I have heard horror stories of huge messes from Duct cleanings.. I had little or no mess, even after who knows how long it had been since the ducts were cleaned. I have already recommended Purest Clean to a friend and will continue to do so and use them for any future cleaning services I maybe in need of. FANTABULOUS!!!

The actual man who showed up to clean my chimney and fireplace was great and did an excellent job. Joe, the owner, who took my order did not have my correct address listed. I also gave Joe my home number since this was done on a Saturday and he did not note it on the work order.

The person who did the work was a gentleman and kept us informed of every item he would do for the cleaning. The house is definetly cleaner and we have noticed we do not sneeze and cough anymore. We will use tyhem again inthe future and several of our childrenstqated that wanet the name and phone number. Very pleased.

I am very pleased. Your response to my initial phone call was amazingly fast. I was happy that you could schedule the cleaning so quickly. Your professional was on time, and phoned me before arrival. He was able to size up our situation and handled our individual challenges quickly and efficiently. Because of the recent snow and the way our chimney cap is attached, he cleaned the flue from the fireplace. The job was well done. I will call you the next time I need our chimney cleaned. Very cool. They were running a few minutes late and called to let me know. They came and got right to work. Didn't even dirty up my house. Knew the answers to my questions. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again the next time I need my chimneys cleaned.

I was impressed with the thorough job they did cleanning my chimney, the last company I tried did a very poor job now that I see how the job should have been done. I have saved the companys name and phone number so I can call them again next year.

Quick, clean and professional.

They were polite and courteous, but when it came to cleaning out my chimney they gave me wrong information. We were told that something was clogging our chimney. That was not the case. The chimney was just very dirty. Polite and courteous yes, but that did not get the job done for me.

he did an awesome job on my fireplace, clean efficient and timely! Although the price did change after the initial quote on the phone by 13 dollars, but since my fireplace had not been cleaned since I moved here 14 years ago... I didn't complain.

Seemed like a very short visit to clean a chimney . . . But the stove is working well and keeping us warm. Phone calls to fine tune schedule were very pleasant and flexible. We were called to see if we could receive cleaning earlier than planned due to other cancellation. Worked great.

This company representative did an excellent. They were quick to respond and did the job right away. They kept the house clean. And the price was very good.
