Tony's son did an awesome job. He was polite and professional and pretreated all of our stains first prior to the steam cleaning. He got stains out that I thought would never come out. I highly recommend them.

Tony's son came to do the cleaning. He was very polite and did a great job cleaning the carpets and removing the stain I thought were permanent. The carpets look very clean and stain free. I would definitely use this service again!

Tony responded immediately. We were concerned about the process and toxicity as we have cats His son came within a few days to do the cleaning. He was very polite, discreet and efficient. He did remarkable work as I would never have thought the stains could be eliminated and the carpet looked very clean. I would highly recommend them and definitely use their services if needed in the future.

They did an excellent job. Stains were removed and the furniture and floors looked beautiful and smelled very good. They arrived within the window of time they would, communicated very well and did all of this within the time frame they had indicated. They got to it right after we toured the rooms they were cleaning. We added a few area rugs after they arrived and it was handled without any problem. We felt they were very trustworthy and would definately hire again.

My whole house is carpeted (except for the obvious areas). I had PureSteam do Everything and couldn't be happier with the results. Armando showed up on time (I was alerted via text messages with advance quote, arrival times and "en route" status). Armando was polite, considerate and conscientious. He worked very hard to complete all the rooms in about 2 hours. He even checked to make sure I had my cat secured (so she wouldn't escape during cleaning). My carpets look terrific and the price was fair and well communicated. I will certainly call PureSteam the next time I need carpets cleaned. Thank you PureSteam for a well-done professional job!

Robert, the carpet cleaning technician, arrived at the scheduled time. He had a big smile and a friendly greeting. He explained what he was going to do and then went about doing it. It took a little over an hour. We could see on the carpet where he had cleaned and he covered all the areas we had asked him to. It was a warm, humid day and so the carpet took most of the day to dry, but we ran fans and were able to replace the furniture later that afternoon. We were very pleased with the service and will certainly employ them again.

We had a mishap in our house that led to a somewhat large stain in the carpeting. Tony cleaned our carpets last year, so we had him come back, primarily to address the stain but to clean the carpets in general plus our sofa and love seat. The stain is gone & the carpets/sofa/love seat are all clean, looking like a million bucks. Based on two experiences, I'll only use Tony's PureSteam service going forward!

They were quick to get back to me, showed up promptly, and worked quickly and efficiently. I didn't have time to shop around so can't comment on price. Overall, I was happy with the job. My only minor complaint was that it did smell a bit chemically afterwords - this may be true with all rug cleaning though. This is the first time I've had it done.

Service was easy to get in 3 days. Serviceman Andy arrived on time Cleaning seemed to go well but seemed too fast and superficial. However, after Andy left, noted dirt tracks all over the carpet (from between the brushes on the machine). Also Andy totally missed the space in front of the fireplace. As I was having company in a couple of days, I ended up fixing the bad cleaning myself.

"Talked to my son Andy, he remembers this house vividly. Multiple cats roaming freely on the kitchen counter, litter box in kitchen overflowing with feces. In front of the fireplace urine and feces stains that he worked on extensively. There are no "brushes" in our cleaning equipment. That said, if she would have called us back, I would have been there within couple of hours, as I take customer complete satisfaction very seriously. It went very well and the carpets look great. Driver got stuck in traffic but called from the road as soon as he knew he would be late which turned out to be only 15 minutes.
