We recently had a water softener and whole-home filtration system installed by Purfect Water Solutions, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dylan, our sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain our options without any pressure. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the right solution for our home and family. Sean, the technician who handled the installation, was equally impressive. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly knew his craft. The installation was clean, efficient, and he took the time to walk us through the system afterward to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Both Dylan and Sean provided exceptional customer service, were punctual, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. It's refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism and customer satisfaction at every step. We couldn't be happier with the results

My husband and I moved into our home July of 2025 in need of a water filtration system for our home, and we were so thankful to find Purfect Water Solutions (PWS). Mr Scott Culin, the President of Marketing & Strategy, out the gate, was professional and attentive to our ebb and flow while we transitioned into our new abode. He was detailed, yet concise in responding to our inquiries and walked us through the entire process—from start to finish. He was so patient and thorough in both clarifying/breaking down the industry leading filtration system PWS partnered with. Providing the info we needed in order to learn how it functions inside out. Our tech, Mike Kapa, was so down to earth and candid yet super proficient as well—truth be told, customer service is a lost art in today’s world, it literally feels extinct. However not with the PWS team. Corresponding with Scott was simply a breath of fresh air. The water is clean and crisp; we’re humbly grateful to include this system in our home!

Great group of guys. The technicians were great. I believe their names were Mike and Sean. Scott the representative was amazing! From start to finish, he answered every question we had even after hours! ? which is super rare nowadays? Highly recommend for anyone looking for clean, healthy, alkaline water!?

Working with Purfect Water Solutions was a positive experience. The team was supportive, management was approachable, and the work felt meaningful because it focused on helping customers. It also gave me the chance to build skills in communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The respectfulness and professionalism of every individual from Scott the salesman, Bryan, the crew manager, to John and Mike, the installer technicians, were above expectations without a doubt! We have had a very bad couple of weeks, with loosing a freezer full of food, and our septic line breaking just a couple days before this treatment system install! We were worried to death fore sure, that something wasn’t going to go right, but in fact, this entire service was a complete pleasure. I cannot thank each of these individuals enough for their service and politeness. I am sure this is a testimony to the quality of Purfect Water Solution itself. From the beginning we enjoyed our conversation with Curtis about the water and the systems they offer. We were particularly interested in filtering our water due to skin irritation issues that had been around since the purchase of the house. Doctors said it was not the water, but after trying many other solutions we decided to buy this system and hope there would be improvement. Within the week, the skin issues were healing and have not come back. It was worth every penny we spent to feel comfortable consuming and using the water in our home. Curtis was very personable. He followed up with us to test the water and answer all follow-up questions. We would recommend the system to anyone.

Curtis was so friendly and personable. He broke everything down and explained it in a relatable way. We really appreciated actually being able to see the science behind what was in our water. Our new system works great and has helped my curly hair not be a frizzy and skin feel less dry especially over the last few winter months.

Work hasn’t been completed so other than the pre completion I can’t comment. Very knowledgeable, thorough and reasonable price.

I am very pleased with my overall experience. The sales person , Scott, was very responsive to all my questions ensuring I understood all the information. The installer, Sean, was amazing. Sean was challenged with installing the system in a very small space. He took his time and was able to successfully fit the equipment. He also gladly answered all my questions. Scott did an amazing job explaining the water system, guiding me through financing options and getting the system installed fast! Even weeks later he was readily available to answer my questions and help me find solutions!

Extremely proficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We are pleased with our water filter system and our water never tasted better. Scott and Sean were very responsive with any questions or issues we had.

I previously wrote a very positive review regarding the whole team from the Water Treatment Specialist (Michelle) to the installation team lead by Stephan, to the back office support. That was back in September 2025; but that was not the rest of the story. Very shortly thereafter it became very apparent that my extremely hard well water was challenging the system. Once again the whole team including multiple back office specialists tried everything from changing the "regen" cycle frequency & lengths of time. Nothing seemed to completely make the results "Purfect". So the company added a Potassium-based module as an add-on, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, and achieved what now has been operating for 2-3 months as a Purfect system. Wish there were more companies out there who would go the extra, extra mile to achieve quality results!

We are so happy to use the water system. Appreciate Curtis for his patience to explain the benefits and advantages of using the water purication system. Curtis didn't try to sell but he helped us to solve our problem. He become our friend now and easily reachable for any queries.

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. From start to finish, Scott handled everything with professionalism, honesty, and real attention to detail. It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing things the right way is not just the easy way. The results exceeded my expectations! Our technician Jon was amazing as well.

Work quality was exceptional. Communication before install and customer training after install was great. Pricing is fair - Not the lowest and not the highest. I would surely recommend them.

Had the chance to work with this great team who I found through a referral, even though I was out of the usual implementation zone. They were able to come in and get everything set up, and got everything I need to get done.

Had great experience. We got whole house water system and 2 RO systems installed. I love the simplistic design and options to bypass build it. Good design.
