Purified Paving

There is NO way you should deal with this firm. They are criminals. My best hope is to get my deposit back as I have zero interest in having them do the work, even if they were to. Communication is nothing, trust is gone and I am finding other reviews stating the same. They will take a deposit, give you a "contract" and you will never hear from them again. If things change, I will amend my review.

Asked for large deposit, no receipt for it, no need for $1,500 deposit. Finally a month later, they came to do the work. Never knew who was in charge. They ran the large roller machine in and out of my garage, leaving clumps of asphalt on my concrete floor. The garage floor was already cracked, but now the crack is smashed and crumbled. They got clumps of asphalt over my patio, which I cleaned up myself, but left a few oil stains. They dumped the grass they dug out in my drainage ditch in front. Some left over asphalt was dumped in my neighbor's parkway. The other neighbor's parkway was damaged when the truck went off the road, left gullies that needed to be repaired. They did an overlay on my existing driveway asphalt - they did a good job with that. Never received a receipt for the final payment or a warranty sheet. They added 'flares' to my parking area, but I was dismayed when they didn't put in a compacted gravel base, but said that they would just put in lots of asphalt - worried that it will sink or crack in the future. Had to leave for a client meeting, so I stupidly paid them, and was assured that they would fix everything before they left. I came home and saw that nothing had been fixed. I have called repeatedly and have been given several dates that they would come fix everything, but they never showed. On one phone call the lady said that she couldn't schedule me until the week after July 4 because she didn't want hung over employees working on heavy machinery!!!! I was flabbergasted that she had said that! They never showed up and I never got a call after that. I have called Home Advisor twice now, and each time have been told that they would get back to me. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in both Purified Paving and Home Advisor!!!!!!!!!

Hi I hired purified paving to install my drive way it has to be dug out reinstalled big job. I hired them in April due to the weather and all the rain we had to keep putting it on hold. Witch is not at all the companies fault at all I actually enjoyed working with them and would do it again qulity work and honest people. I know that it's not thier fault when the weather is not helping and then one of thier trucks was down for a week so they have been working hard to get to everyone. I have been in constant c pool communication with them and they have been very helpful and worked with my husband because we have some other projects going on as well that interferes with the driveway. I cant wait for more projects that need to get done like my back concrete patio will definetly be using them again

They took my deposit, strung me along, and then went silent.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. They took a deposit of $800.00 but they did not show up for work when they said they would. It has been over three months since they cashed my deposit check, and have not heard a peep from them since. Have tried to contact them at least 50 times, and in most cases could not even leave a message, as their voice-mail box is always full. No one from Purified Paving has had the courtesy to respond to the 3 or 4 time I was able to leave a message. Last week got a call from them apologizing for the delay and confirming they would be here on Friday (7/19/19) to start & complete my driveway. They were once again a no-show with no-call/follow-up/explanation

They took the deposit but never did the work. Couldnt call them because the voice mail box was always full. Dont know if this was a scam from the start or just bad business.

I hired them to remove and replace existing driveway. They removed in early May and I paid them a partial payment per their request. They never came back to finish job. Made many promises and never showed up. Finally had to hire another company to complete in July. If you hire them dont pay them until job is completed.

Communications very poor, you can never get a hold of him. Many broken promises to come out.

Kathleen H. - I was very happy with the way my driveway turned out on September 10, 2018. At that time they promised to be out to seal the driveway and smooth out any surface that needed it. they said that it needed time for me to drive over it and would be back in November. Since then, I have spoken to them several times and there is always an excuse! My driveway is already beginning to look worn and uneven! Now my phone calls are not being returned and the last time I called the mail box was full. When you sign a contract to do a job you complete the work. I would not recommend this company

Paid deposit and all communications stopped.

I hired this company over 2 months ago and paid the required deposit. Unfortunately I had to get a plat of survey but finally got that done 6 weeks ago. To date, not only is my driveway not done, but the company has not even applied for the permit as they promised me they would weeks ago. Charles was my sales Representative and every conversation has been one excuse after another. Two weeks ago, he assured me that he was going to apply for the permit but again still has not. I even, finally, got ahold of a young lady named Bessie who claims to work in the office and who also assured me that buy this week she would make sure I was on the schedule for my driveway to be done this week but again nothing. Whoever the owner is, Brandy, there is no direct contact information for her and every form of contact information leads directly to Charles. I am giving them till Monday and if the permit has not been applied for and a date provided to me to install my driveway I will be turning this over to my attorney to not only sue them but also get my deposit money back. I have never ever had such an unprofessional and daunting experience in my life. I will never understand how any business expects to stay in business with this type of poor service. I even tried to give them additional business through my fiance s home and Charles and never showed up; he claimed to have had some type of vehicle issue, which very well could have been true, but the man never called me back, never sent me a text just did not show up knowing that I was at my fiance s house waiting for him to provide an estimate. Silly me, tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and reached out to him again about coming out to my fiance s house for an estimate but this time he just never responded, lol

Purified Paving is licensed contractor looking forward for them to complete the project.

Purified Paving has been a delight negotiating a deal, but the quality of their work I cannot comment on because the work has not started.

I hired Purified Paving, signed a contract on May 9th, gave them a deposit of $1000 and they have not been back since, voice mail is full and their emails bounce back to me.

I paid 1000 down and he didn't come out to do the work after repeated promises to do so.

I paid an $1800.00 deposit and they did not show for work, before June and may they had great reviews and during June they seem to be doing the same, taking deposits and not doing the job. After I put out this review, I got a phone call that night and they scheduled next day to complete my resurfacing. He went out of his way to resolve some drainage problems on driveway and apologized several times for taking so long. (machinery breakdowns and rain), His prices were much better than others, he needs to learn to give updates to customers, most will be understanding, but not communicating causes people to be concerned they lost their deposits.

Gave them deposit on 4/18/19, was told job would be completed in 2 weeks. Due to the amount of rain we received that wasnt possible. I understand that weather cannot be controlled. I received no communication from them. I called them in May and was told they were working on a schedule and would get back to me the following week. Again no communication from them. I finally received a call from them mid to end of June that they would be able to do my driveway the end of that week or next week. I told them that I was out of town and they said to call them when I returned home. I have been calling them for 3 weeks no and do not get any response back from them. Absolutely no communication.

I hired them to replace my driveway in October 2018. All was good until winter when the parkway has started to peel off/crumble. Sometime around April 2019 I reached out about repair/replace. Was informed someone would stop by to look at it, and they would repair/replace in June. Initially they were responding to my text messages but the last 7 and counting have gone unanswered and their voicemail box is full. Buyer beware.

I hired Purified Paving to install an asphalt driveway, signed a contract on 05/03/19, gave them a deposit of $1800.00 on 5/06/19, I was told they will try and squeeze me in by the end of May, I called the first week of June they said they will get out there in a couple of weeks, did not happen, now every time I call I always get an excuse as to why they can not start, lately I have called multiple times, no return phone calls, I have no clue as to when the job is suppose to start

Gave them 700.00 dollar deposit and have not seen them since. It has been 6 weeks!

Poor communication with clients and not completing project as promised

They did an amazing job. My driveway looks fantastic. Highly recommend great people to work with. Honest contractor with a great crew

Incredibly efficient workers who were very professional. Great quality for a great price. I called on Wednesday morning and had my old drive torn out and replaced by Thursday night! They have a lifelong customer and referrals from me.

Had some communication issues in beginning of project but they came out and fixed what needed fixing. I would use them again for future work.
