Make sure that you make it very clear to him what you're looking for, and that he offers a guarantee on the service. He came out at first and simply snaked the line and left, although he was aware that that would not rectify the problem. He did come back out and do some more work for free, and wrote me up an estimate on getting the long-term problem rectified.

"Before I even came out I mentioned that you might want to check to see if the septic tank was full and you said it was two years ago that it was emptied and that it should be fine, insisting in fact so I came out and snaked your toilet shower and roof vent for over two hours on a Sunday unable to clear the drain of course we charged for our time. Your review is unfair and also very misleading to prospective customers. Please reconsider what you wrote."

Steve did a good job. Showed up on time as he stated. I felt the cost was of removing a blockage and adding a pvc clean out was a little high but his work was good and he was dependable. I would recommend him.
