The crew was very nice and they were efficient but the only thing was that the nxt day while my wife was using the dryer she noticed a big wad of lint had broke loose and I had to take off vent cover and remove it but all in all good experience

They had everything cleaned and freshened in just 2 hours or so. Very nice on the phone, called days before to remind us of appointment and arrival time. One of the easiest businesses I've ever worked with. Very impressed.

Communication was good. Professional. Crew was well trained and polite.

One of the technicians did not wear a mask.. As soon as they arrived one of the technicians asked to use the restroom. They left one of the return vents off. They left a mess by every vent and did not clean up after themselves. They were an hour late.

They are great to deal with and a fair price. Very satisfied.

They kept us updated on everything they were doing. It is not always easy to find good help these days at a good price. But the team at Pro Clean beat everyone else at price and quality of work. These guys were great. We had mold from our basement flooding and they took care of everything. This review is being written 2 years after we used this company (I forgot to review initially) and we have not had mold issues in area they cleaned and treated, but if something pops up somewhere else we will be calling them again.

The fringe of rug was destroyed by the cleaning job.

3 bedroom carpets cleaned and pet treated for a very reasonable price the same day I called. Cleaning tech and phone personnel were polite and professional and the tech even let me know I had a package on the porch I wasn't aware of. I couldn't be happier.

They were very friendly and very helpful. Each vent cover was taken off and cleaned. One man took a photo with his phone and showed me how dirty the ducts were before they started cleaning them. There was a lot of mold there. After everything was completed, he took another photo of that duct, and all that mold was gone. In the crawl space under the house, he check for mold and there was a lot of it. I was told that they also can fix this problem also. Jackie Copeland the owner of the company will be coming out to look at this problem soon, so it can be fixed also.

These guys were the most professional, well-mannered, pleasant. I would recommend them any time.
