Karlton is highly knowledgable, fair, and professional. He s not only an expert in mold remediation and disaster recovery, but he spent many years building homes, so he understands structural issues and where you can cut corners and cannot. He was easy to work with, fairly priced, and flexible in scheduling the work. All of the guys that came over were professional and nice. I highly recommend Karlton. He s a standup guy and knows his stuff.

Carlton was really busy today, but made time to do a thorough assessment of our issue, and communicated his schedule clearly so we knew what to expect. It was our first time meeting with him, and he proved himself to be a business owner of high integrity and honesty because his recommendations really boiled down to him referring us to another company for detailed testing before we proceed with any further work with his company. I can not say enough good things about Karlton Cole. He was prompt in getting in touch with me initially but did not bug me. I live 2 states away from the home that I needed mold testing done in and it's vacant. He arranged a meeting with the person who is watching the home for me and took care of the rest. He didn't delay in getting back to me. He was up front with me about what needed to be done. When he was finished with his investigation, there was further testing needed to be done that his company doesn't do. He went a further step and called them for me to find out the law and quotes on what was needed. There are not many people out there that will go above and beyond for you. He has even followed up with me since to see how it was going and if I needed anything else. Thank you for excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them to everyone.
