Meeting Gary and his son was a complete pleasure, they both radiate a feeling of honesty and up front advice was given ,....and the work was way above expectations ,the attention to details impeccable,... PuroClean is a reliable company and I would recommend them for most jobs. I had a significant mold intrusion problem with a house I had purchased and they worked hard to get rid of the problem. I did run into a few problems where there was mold that was missed but they were more than willing to come back and treat those areas free of charge. They are willing to stand by their work. I found them to be a little expensive so if you are on a budget shop around, but for the money they are worth it.

"This ended up being a very complex project. Our original scope entailed specific rooms on three levels with the customer supplying the tear out service. The scope ultimately entailed four levels and finishing tear out. Rooms initially deemed "okay" were later found to have hidden mold. This was a project that threw up numerous challenges to include continued water intrusion making eradication of mold an ongoing challenge."

I was very pleased with Gary Abraham and his team at Puroclean. He gave us a guarantee that he would clean our basement to pass an air test... and he kept his word. :) I was always able to get a hold of him quickly (which is a BIG plus in my book)... and they really made an effort to inform us of the situation and their process. Gary and his team did an EXCELLENT job. Always keep me in the loop and educated about the problem, showed strong workmanship and professionalism; very responsive to my emails and calls; gave very useful recommendations/suggestions, walked extra miles to point out other potential problems that is not in the scope of work. Very responsive, professional, considerate, thorough and prompt. Whole crew was very personable and pleasant to have in our home. We were kept informed of procedures and activities planned and in progress. Process appeared to be complete and clean-up was exemplary. We are quite pleased with the project results.
