Part of our one story deck was leaning/sinking because the footings were rotting. Mike and his team did a great job repairing our deck and expanding a concrete area under it. Now the deck is rock solid and the patio is excellent. I will consider Valley View Services for any future home repair or upgrade. Highly recommended!

Mike the owner called me as soon as he received my information and made an appointment for the next day. He emailed me a bid within 48 hours and started and completed the work within the next 72 hours. It was a big job as I have dozens of flower beds I can no longer take care of due to health restrictions. We were pleased with the professional services and will definitely hire Valley View Services again for future garden/yard work as well as remodeling work on our house as VVS is a versatile and dependable outdoor/indoor contractor. Mike not only came up with a workable budget and timeline but he actually stuck to both. I have a small business and I go into homes everyday and hear the horror stories of working with contractors who don't show up and don't do the work. Most importantly, Mike owns the job: if there is a cost over-run in one area, he takes it upon himself to try to find an area where money can be saved. Very rare! I have recommended Mike to 4 or 5 of my clients (with no financial kick backs) and each has not only chosen Mike to do their project, but has commented to me how happy they were that they did so.
