"Sorry you are unimpressed Beth. From our standpoint your carpets proved more of a challenge than our equipment could handle, which is why we didn?t charge you for the cleaning. They are 30 years old, in a smoking environment with what appeared to be burns, and had not been cleaned in many many years. We should have suggested replacement over cleaning as we were afraid of de-lamination. We strive to be better and have ordered equipment better suited for challenging jobs such as these. Lastly, we don?t understand the low mark for value when you weren?t charged for the service."
