PuroClean was awesome. The day they came to remove mold from my home, they were in and out in no time flat, completely removed the mold, and bombed the area to prevent mold in the future. I highly recommend them!

The quality of their mold remediation work was not as thorough as expected. After the crew left (and the fogging completed), a small patch of mold was found on a wall and one closet and an area of shelving appeared untouched.

After a flooded bathroom and dining room, my insurance company recommended them. They arrived the next day with the manager (Adam) reviewing the situation, identifying the options, and making a recommendation on the course of action. Over the next several days they executed a cleanup and demolition plan and interfaced with my insurance company and mitigation and remediation plan. Very professional, took the time to explain what they were doing covering everything from demolition, drying, and preparation for the remodeling. Special kudos to Adam, he represents the company at the highest levels. What was a fairly upsetting experience was made so much more bearable by Adam and his crew, job well-done guys. I highly recommend these guys and if you have an issue and insurance is involved I would request PuroClean over the competition.

ProClean Came right to my house. They took Air Samples ( 3 ) in the house. (1) Out Side Air. They looked over the area in Question made recommendations, they said they would get back to me in 24 Hours...Over a Week A Go. No Call, No Report, No Follow Up. So I do not Expect to Get a Bill. Very POOR after Visit Service. I will not Recommend, or Use them again. Very Disappointed and Dissatisfied.
