Ceiling fans were installed, but the old fans were left in the house and no clean up was done. Wallpaper was removed and rooms painted, the job was ok, but again no clean up and paint was on the hardwood floor. He was suppose to take out a faucet and install a new one - he did not have the appropriate tools, had to leave and go buy one (which was evidently the wrong one) after 1or 2 hours he said he could not complete the job and put back the original faucet. There a couple of small items that were not completed (caulking kitchen sink). I asked for an estimate to repair/replace insulation in crawl space - I still have not received that estimate. All in all - this was not a professional worth $55 per hour. This work was more indicative of work from a high school/college student. He received many phone calls during the 2 days he was here. I feel like we were taken advantage of - BIG TIME.

The technician was professional , thorough and conciencious. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed.

I had some other contractors that left us high and dry. Purofirst showed up, and identified the problem. They communicated what it would take to fix the problem. They showed up everyday. They explained everything to us before they did anything. If I had my choice I'd give them 10 stars for communication and 20 stars for value.
