I had to arrange for this service long-distance without ever meeting Mark Mazzoleni (and no references to check). According to our phone conversations, he was prompt, did the job in the most professional way and followed up with a written report re. a possible mildew/mold problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in NE Wisconsin who has similar concerns in his/her home. I took a big gamble which happily concluded with a very satisfied customer....me!
