It was great working with Rob to have our attic inspected and sprayed for mold. After speaking with him over the phone, he was able to come to our house within 2 days and quickly diagnosed the issue. He provided a prompt solution for a fair price and everything was settled the same day. Rob was very friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to have mold treated.

While this pro sprayed the chemicals, they did not perform the job as I was told. They failed to move the large freezer and washing machine as I was told they would do, also when my husband and I began painting we found some of the walls not scraped or treated at all. We then needed to treat the mold ourselves. Not really pleased with the quality of their work. This comes from someone who is a quality technician.
Response by Rapid Response Remediation: We are sorry to have disappointed the customer. We try our hardest to make everyone happy. Wendy did not give us an opportunity to make things right. We always tell customers if they are happy tell everyone, but if not, tell us. We seldom need to do re-work, but we would have been happy to come back. As I recall this customer, we discounted the charge by 25% because it was a very small house and it appeared they were on a fixed budget. The basement was packed to the rafters with all sorts of contents, with barely room to work. Our promise was to make the basement free of mold and we are certain we did that by following the rules of IICRC-S520 for mold remediation. The customer asked me for follow-up paperwork that I had already sent and I needed to re-send it several times. So I don't know what was going on there. She seemed very happy when we left, but perhaps the husband came home and felt differently. We can only do so much but we also need the cooperation of the client. We have learned a lesson here and will continue to provide the kind of customer service that has earned us Best of Home Advisor in 2018. Again, we are sorry she was disappointed, but we do wish she had told us so we could try to make her happy. We always do.
