We hired Purple Pliers to work as a General Contractor since we had several trades need for multiple small fix up projects around the house. They were amazing at getting the work scheduled and completed on time and at the highest quality. From fixing windows, to light trimming of trees, to changing out fixtures - Thomas and Roberto were absolutely fabulous to work with. Definitely a great value for everything they did, if I need help in the future, Purple Pliers will be my go to handyman service.

They did not prim and now paint is comming of siding. I feel they should pay me to get the job done correctly by a professional paint contractor. They did not do anything they promised. They did reimburse me for the paint. That does not take care of the botched mess they caused me. Because you recomend them I would like you to get me payment for my anguish they caused for not doing the job corrrctly ln the first place. S Kistler

They were very helpful and prompt in fixing a tile leak in my shower that was leaking into the basement.

Was initially skeptical because this is a home services repair company not an HVAC repair company. Explained that it was just the capacitor that needed replacement. Company verified that they had a technician who could perform the repair. Technician did not have any parts on truck and had to purchase the part. Was a little concerned because tech was not certain where to purchase part and this took longer than expected. Company charges a fee for the first hour then an additional fee every fifteen minutes thereafter. Part replacement took less than 15 minutes. Was relieved when tech indicated that I would only be charged for the initial hour plus the cost of the part. Was impressed with the fairness and integrity of the technician. Repair was professionally done.

Too expensive and will not use service again though work was well done.

Courteous and professional

Although, initially I gave Purple Plier a decent rating, but in the end they did not fulfill the terms of their contract with me. They took my $ and then did not complete the work which they promised me. I had to resolve the issue by filing a complaint with American Express who took over dealing with this company. I won and I was reimbursed for the $ I paid to them. I would never recommend this company.

Not very good communication between office and installer. I told them I did not have the clips to please bring clips. This was not relayed to the installer. Installer asked me how to hook up the electrical - that is why I hired someone. Did not install one set of lights, really should have doubled up the lights like he did in some areas with the extra lights. I will be surprised if I get the uninstall without additional cost as the installer charged me for 1 hours work and when I asked him about the take down he said to call the office. I thought the quote for $90 was for install and take down. Not so sure that will be the case. After the holidays they were going to come out and take down the lights but told me then that there was an additional charge which was not in the original agreement. They did not handle the situation well and I will not me using them again.

There was great communication over the phone and in person to explain the work to be done and we were able to be helped very quickly. The pricing was not over priced.
