Post Construction Clean up
This company showed up to the job after providing a written contract and started complaining about the job. They were hired to do post construction clean up. The jobsite was in a brand new condition with mostly dust. One of the owners was extremely rude belligerent. They showed up with a crew of persons who could not bend down to clean floors pick up trash and refusing to scrape specks of paint off the floors. When they got there they were asking us the homeowners for cleaning materials . The contract also provided interior and exterior cleaning of windows which their representative clearly saw when she came out for the initial quote. They then stated that they do not clean those windows they would hire someone else however they did not do that. Long story short they did some cleaning , did not finish and refused to come back the next day prior to us moving into the home to finish the job. We have never encountered a company that the partners are so rude to their customers have a crew that cannot handle a post I Construction cleaning job. They did not have the proper materials for a post-construction cleanup job as well. This company should not be advertising themselves as a post-construction cleanup company. They should handle their customers with more respect

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They arrived over 2 hours late. This was a post construction job which required wiping the walls and deep cleaning. I paid $575.00 for 2100 sq. ft.and have filth everywhere. 2 ladies arrived at 1:30 over 2 hours late then at 5pm, 3 hours later 2 other ladies showed up. They left with some of my cleaning supplies and I am just disgusted. Do not use them!

WOW! I had my home cleaned by Purpose Cleaning and Decor. I arranged with Jan while I was out of town to have her crew come and clean my home. I was away for two months and my home really needed a thorough cleaning especially with the holidays coming up. Well all I can say is WOW!! The staff came in and really cleaned my home!! And I do not mean just surface cleaning or a rush job. They came in and CLEANED!! My wood floors are shining and my tile floors are sparkling! Jan was very accommodating when I told her I wanted my home cleaned within hours of my arrival home, and she made it happen! Well needless to say, I have already booked with Jan for my next cleaning date. Thank you Purpose cleaning!!!

The post-construction clean up was big job --Janice and her crew did a great job cleaning everything from top to bottom!! They showed up on time and were professional and kind. I was so happy with the results. THANK YOU PURPOSE CLEANING! I will be calling again!

One Time Interior House Cleaning

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I have had my house cleaned for the last 10 years now by 3 or 4 different people. Let s say I thought I had my house cleaned but the ladies from Purpose e Cleaning and Decor proved me wrong. The supervisor and 2 girls showed up at my house promptly at 1:30 pm and immediately went to work. My 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house needed it badly. The supervisor left and the two remaining ladies went to work and they never stopped working until 6:30pm. My place has never looked this good and it s never been this clean either. Don t go anywhere else to get your place cleaned these people are pros. They will be cleaning my house on a monthly basis starting on or around June 15th. One Time Interior House Cleaning
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I don not believe the reviews are written by actual customers. Just like another review said she was late, she changed the price from what she originally said, and the quality of work was very poor. She pretended that she did not want the money but she accepted my cash app deposit of $300 but she originally quoted me $180 for a deep cleaning of a home I purchased on yesterday. She said we cleaned your dirty home.She is nasty, unprofessional, and rude. This is what she sent me --After we spent a whole day cleaning your dirty home, you dont want to pay us then discriminated against us calling us --these black people--. You are such a bad person Minnie. we are all Gods children, we would never say that about anyone-- Keep in mind I am African American. I said this is why I will not use another business owned by blacks due to the service. Her staff was at my home for over 9 hours and the job still was not complete. She wanted to charge me $500 when she did not have to clean none of the toilets and none of the appliances because I purchased new items. She left her staff there for more than six hours with no food or drinks (elderly women). PLEASE BEWARE. THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE.
