In my search for a reliable bathroom remodeling company, Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling (PDR) kept surfacing as a quality driven company that puts the customer first. I was not disappointed. We contracted with them to remodel our master and hallway bathrooms from ceiling to floor. As with every project of this size, there will always be hiccups, delays and challenges. Ours was no exception but it was how PDR handled these challenges that made all the difference in the world. They never back away, never gave excuses and always wanted and did the right thing to make us happy. We did a bathroom remodel with PDR. When we first met with Nataly, I knew we needed to use them. She was excited to help and really got me excited too. She was able to get together all the pieces and see a clear picture of my style without me even fully knowing it. Then the work done by John was excellent. You can tell he knows what he is doing. The end result makes me feel like I'm in a fancy hotel. There was great communication throughout the whole process also. We would definitely use them again.
