Purrfect Pools build my pool and it turned out an awesome top-of-the-line model Pool with a Jacuzzi and all the greats with the remote app in my phone that I can control everything with it lights heater waterfalls and anything you can dream of just check out the pictures attached

From our first conversation through completion, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I’ll admit I’m not the easiest person to work with because I ask a lot of questions and pay close attention to details but Michael never made me feel like a burden. Instead, he took the time to walk me through everything, set clear expectations, and kept me at ease throughout the project. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises along the way. What really stood out, though, was the follow-through. Even after the pool was completed, Michael remained available to answer questions and make sure everything was running smoothly. Michael was very informative during the walkthrough helping us pick the right unit. The team came in the very next day (the day before Christmas!) and installed the heater right away. Great follow up after the installation.

Last year Michael resurfaced our pool. He did a terrific job. They were prompt efficient and the service was excellent. A year later, today, I contacted him for our heater stopped working. He came out same day and made some adjustments and fixed it for no cost. Any issues in the future he’s my man!

Michael and his crew researched several rust spots in our 24 year old pool and discovered the original pool contractor had not built the pool to code. He sent pictures of the violations and proposed the reconstruction of the pool. He kept in constant communication and sent daily pictures of the remodel at each stage.
