Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
I can't say enough good things! Communication from Marlena in the office was fast and personable--she understood the difficulties of arranging a repair for an elderly relative by long distance. Matt fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I am very impressed with the whole process.

Matt from Putman came out and was on time and a pleasure to work with. There wasn't any water in the hot tub so locating the leak was more than difficult. We agreed to fill the hot tub and then have Putman come back out to check it again. We will definitely use Putman for all of our future plumbing needs...even if the hot tub problem proves to be too much for all of us :-) Thank you for matching us with such a wonderful company!
