Putnam Coastal Painting

Jordan (owner) overpromised, undelivered & made a mess of our home. Promised 3 days took 3 weeks- used wrong color paint on all trim/doors when written in quote- scratched our new doors w/ 120 sand grit & didn?t tell us but admitted they knew. Oversprayed our brand new metal railings- didn?t tape/prep correctly, stained all over treads- globed it on patchy- had to pay someone to redo. Told us they?d put all new hinges on all doors of like kind- didn?t they?re oversprayed, had to buy new air vents- oversprayed, trash barrel, toilet paper holders oversprayed, took my husband 8 hours (we have a video) to clean metal spindles of overspray. Painted over electrical outlets, used my upstairs paint to touch up the downstairs same color different lot doesn?t match now I have to hire someone to do that. They kept telling me the reason it was taking longer b/c they wanted it to be perfect for a builder they wanted to show- I realize now that was a lie, they lied about so many things.

They did a fine job. The company is efficient, arrives on schedule, does very good work and communicates quickly if there are any issues. I was completely satisfied with the job they did. I had them paint the interior of an entire home, including patching numerous holes. It looked like a new home when they were finished.

I hired Putnam Coastal Painting through Angi. I listed my job and within 5 minutes, Meghan from Putnam called me to schedule an estimate. Jordan was here exactly at the appointed time a day later. I received a quote via email shortly after, which I accepted, then a phone call to schedule. The morning of the job, they called to make sure we were still on, since Mike was going to be travelling an hour to get here. I confirmed. He was on time, with everything he needed. Mike was kind, professional, and polite. There was one more follow-up text to see if I was pleased with the job, and to ask for a rating, which I was happy to do. The job was a plaster failure, about 3'X3' on a leaning inward wall. Mike did a fantastic job repairing it. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Putnam again! The communication was great, without being too much. Sometimes the Angi app is TOO MUCH.

There aren't enough good things to say about Jordan and Megan! They came and refinished our kitchen cabinets. They really care about the quality of their work. I can not believe how fantastic the cabinets came out. And their personalities are wonderful! I HIGHLY Putnam Coastal Painting!

It is hard to find a good honest contractor these days. Jordan is exceptional. Honest, showed up everyday, is organized and negotiated a fair price that stayed within my budget. Despite having to deal with angry tenants who were moving out, he handled everything with class and a calm demeanor. He did some extras and surprised me! He never complained and.communication was excellent. We even has a few good laughs. I would highly recommend Putnam Coastal Painting and will use Jordan's company again on other houses.

Jordan was very professional and took the job on late in the painting season; other painters either never showed up or their estimate was a â few thousandâ more for the same work! The job was completed ahead of time.

Jordan was very prompt and his team is fantastic. The team did great work. The price was very reasonable. I was able to get the work completed within 24 hours of posting it on Angie's List. Which is unheard of in southern Maine. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jordan and his team at Putnam Coastal Painting!!
