Came on date and time to do the job which took a few days to do as expected. Needed more parts that I said I would get. Was told by them that they have a really big job coming up and if I didn't mind waiting till that was completed, they would come back and finish my job then. I agreed. I have attempted to contact them to arrange a date for them to come back now and finish the job they started and were paid for, but so far they haven't and the correspondence via text is sporadic on their part. Also, when I call, I always get sent to voice mail but never get a return call.

The owner was great and seemed to know what I wanted. The installers were not well informed. I recommend hiring them, but be very specific, in writing, what you want done. The owner was tied up elsewhere, but did come and see that the job was completed. I had hoped that the floor in this 1840's home would be leveled along with the carpet installation, but did not happen. I believe they did the best they could, given the age and condition of the floor, at a good price. I expect to use them again at some time in the future.

Shawn did a great job and went above and beyond for us after we were left with a room not complete w flooring, they came punctual, honest with prices I will definitely hired them again.

Shawn and his team showed up when he told me he would be there and was very accommodating with scheduling needs that we had. They worked carefully and picked up everyday so that we would not walk into a mess when we arrived home. Their quality of installation was great and I will use him for any future flooring needs that I may have.

From start to finish, excellence in installing our wood flooring. Project was started on time, done quickly and looks perfect. And construction was cleaned up like it never happened! The owner was very nice and accommodating as well as his hard working crew! Thank you!

The company does good work but they need to do one job at a time and they are slow on cleaning up the job and remove the waste from the job site.

Putnam Flooring did a great job on our floors. Sean was great to work with and very reasonable with cost. I would recommend them for your flooring needs.

Totally impressed by the owner, Sean. He is knowledgeable and cares about doing a good job and making sure the customer is satisfied. He stresses quality with his crew. My flooring posed a chalIenge and Sean found a solution. I definitely would recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

Sean was easy to work with. He was straight forward and honest. He worked on it until it was done and his work was good. I'm glad I hired him and will call him again.

They didnt take away the old floor away and i had to ask them to remove IT from My Home. There were bags everywhere with ripped old floor. I had to ask the owner, Sesn, to take it with him. He came 2 days later to remove the bags. The installation was done beautifully, and looks great. The job was well done but they fo not pick up after themselves.

They were able to fit me in during a busy week and finish my flooring project! I will definitely use them again

I had them install both carpet and hardwood flooring. they did a really good job and the price was very reasonable. He worked with me on the job and did great work.

I need to amend my earlier review of August 2016 where I gave them a 5 Star rating, although we were pleased with that installation, the flooring had a defect (NOT anything Putnam Flooring did) and needed to be ripped up and replaced. This second install is NOTHING like the first. I have many and I do mean MANY air bubbles, which is ruining my flooring. I had called Shawn because he stated they'd be here if I ever had any trouble with the floor. Well I had called and due to a medical issue I needed to cancel the appointment, Shawn told me no problem to call back and reschedule when I was doing better. Well, I did and it went to voice mail and has been over a year and NO REPLY. The work was shoddy and the customer service this time has been non-existent. I CANNOT with a good conscience recommend Putnam Flooring.

Shawn came & measured the room, agreed to move the furniture & to remove and dispose of the carpeting. He recommended where to buy the flooring. He picked it up & delivered it. He had 2 workers who installed the floor. He checked on the work and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to install a hardwood floor.

Had a great experience with Shawn. He did a very good job on a tricky hardwood flooring installation. Shawn was very patient, cooperative and professional. I am looking forward to working with him again on my dining room floor installing an interesting design we came up with! Love my new floor! Highly recommend Putnam Flooring!

He was very efficient, when he said he was going to be there, he was there. He was very clean, made exceptions to his schedule for us. He was phenomenal.

I hired him for flooring and some bathroom updates. He even not completed the flooring and dissappeared. I called him several times then he sent one of his guy but did a lowsy job. Still waiting for him to do bathrooms after 3-4 weeks..

The owner came and quoted job. came back on time and completed the job. Price was fair. He layed sheet vinyl flooring. He was courteous, friendly, professional and did what i wanted. He came back the next day to do a change I requested. I would highly recomend!!

Shawn Putnum and his crew came and removed the existing floor of many layers of tile and plywood, much worse than they expected but stayed with the price of the contract. The crew laid down a beautiful one-piece vinyl sheet over luan playwood and finished it off with some nice molding. I am thrilled with my new kitchen floor and would recommend Shawn and his crew to anyone who is thinking of putting in new flooring.
