Felt uncomfortable around him , didn't like work !!!

Chip contacted me within hours of receiving my inquiry and provided me with a very competitive estimate. Chip brought his co-worker Dennis to our home a few days later, which just happened to be New Year's Day, and completed our carpet stretching project in a matter of hours. Chip took the time to explain what was happening with our carpet and walked me through how he was going to fix it. When the job was complete, he and Dennis had everything cleaned up and looking AMAZING. I am so incredibly happy with his work, and will hire him again for any future project. I highly recommend Chip...five starts isn't enough to rate Chip, his crew, and the work they did for us! Absolutely outstanding!

Larry Castle from Puzzle Man of North Carolina came out to our house within 24 hours after we posted a Home Advisor query. Within forty eight hours, he and his team were on site. They moved the furniture and worked out the wrinkles in our wall-to-wall carpet. The moved the furniture back in place, cleaned up the loose carpet pieces and vacuumed the entire area. We will definitely use Larry and his gang again. Thanks Larry!

I am very pleased with the job that Chip did on our repair. He was able to get the job done in a very short period of time. It turned out perfect. I had a stain on the carpet and he had to cut a piece out and replace it and you can't tell that there was ever work done on it. He also repaired a window shade for me that was very much appreciated .

After I submitted my service request online, Chip almost immediately called me to confirm the appointment. I had carpet in 4 bedrooms, hallway, and a small area in basement needed stretch. We agreed on the estimated price, and I asked him to do the job immediately. He started the job stretching my carpet in one room, and it was completed in about 1 hour. He and his assistant did an excellent job. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Puzzleman and will hire them again for installing, repairing or stretching my carpet.
