The gentlemen were very nice and professional and did an excellent job on the fence. I was disappointed, however, because I had asked them about securing the bottom of the fence so that my dogs did not push out under it. They were going to run wire through the bottom and forgot when they installed the fence and then said they hadn't included it in the bid. I told them that wasn't a problem because I was glad to pay any extra to have it done.. After that, I e-mailed them at least 3 times about getting the bottom of the fence secured, but they never returned.

Contact with Pyramid Fence has been positive but cold/winter weather has prohibited moving forward with this project until Spring.

The workmanship was excellent, although there was one post that came loose of the concrete somehow, but Pyramid responded in a timely manner and the matter was resolved to our expectations. Lots of difficulty with communication. We agreed to do business, but no specific time was set, due to the fence peoples' schedule. . Then one day, somebody showed up at my door wanting to mark the telephone line for the fence people. I just happened to be at home when this person showed up, I didn't know they were coming. So this person marked the phone line. Next morning, I was awakened by someone knocking on my front door. I laid there thinking about my schedule and decided I wasn't expecting anybody.
